1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shahbaztraders.com and any quotation, sale, supply or purchase of materials and services by Shahbaz Traders (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order or enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We collect, sort, crush and hot-wash post-consumer PET bottles and supply recycled PET (rPET) flakes, and we operate a buy-back programme for suppliers of post-consumer PET. Descriptions on this site are for general information; the governing specification for any order is the one confirmed in writing.

3. Quotations, Orders & Pricing

• Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to material availability at the time of order confirmation.
• Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing.
• An order is binding once confirmed by us in writing (email or message).

4. Product Specifications

rPET flake grades (clear and coloured), intrinsic viscosity, moisture, PVC and contamination levels are indicative unless stated on an agreed Technical Data Sheet (TDS). The Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued for a specific lot is the definitive record of that lot’s measured properties. Buyers should evaluate a sample against their process before committing to volume.

5. Food-Contact Use

Unless explicitly stated in writing with supporting documentation (e.g., an FDA no-objection letter or EFSA positive opinion), our recycled PET flake — including hot-washed flake — is supplied for industrial, non-food-contact applications. Buyers are responsible for confirming suitability for their end use.

6. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or order confirmation. Title to goods passes only once payment is received in full.

7. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless agreed otherwise, risk in the goods passes on dispatch or collection. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Inspection & Claims

Please inspect goods on receipt. Any claim regarding quantity or quality must be raised in writing within a reasonable period of delivery, with supporting evidence (including the relevant COA and batch ID), so we can investigate.

9. Supplier / Buy-Back Terms

Material sold to us must be predominantly PET as described. We reserve the right to grade, reweigh or reject loads that contain excessive non-PET contamination. Weighing and pricing are carried out transparently at the point of receipt.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and materials on this website remain the property of Shahbaz Traders and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Okara, Punjab.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
